Which payment method should I choose for the quickest processing? If you want your order processed as quickly as possible, we recommend using BLIK payment. BLIK transactions are processed within a few seconds.

 

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 14 days for returns :)

 

Is there a noticeable difference between a 3 mm and 4 mm yoga mat?

Yes, there is a noticeable difference. Although it may not be visible to the naked eye, it is noticeable in positions where knees are stressed, such as in cow or cat pose. If you have sensitive knees, it's definitely better to choose a thicker mat. Moreover, both 4 mm and 5 mm mat thicknesses do not negatively affect balance on the mat in any way.

 

What does an additional resin layer on yoga and exercise mats provide?

All our yoga mats are made of microfiber, which absorbs moisture. So, the warmer your hands, the better the grip. However, some people's hands and feet do not warm up during exercise. That's why we decided to introduce a microfiber mat with an additional resin layer. It provides a slightly rough surface effect and serves as an additional anti-slip layer.

 

Will the yoga mat last for several years?

Absolutely yes. Even with very intensive use, it will be a purchase for many years.

 

How do I clean a yoga and exercise mat?

Cleaning a yoga mat is easy. Simply wipe off any stains with a clean cloth dipped in water (or water with mild soap). We find a microfiber cloth works great for cleaning.

PS Our testers have tested this cleaning method on stains from children's carrot puree and black coffee. The results even surprised us, as there was no trace of stains.

 

How do I disinfect a yoga and exercise mat?

You can clean a yoga mat with the aforementioned water and soap or use fabric disinfection products from drugstores.

 

How do I remove pet hair from the mat?

We love our pets, though they often adopt mats as their new territory. Using a vacuum cleaner is very effective for removing pet hair from the mat.

 

What if I still slip despite everything?

If you still slip, we recommend doing two Sun Salutations, and your hands and feet will definitely warm up :)

Is the print on yoga mats safe? Yes, we use water-based inks for printing.

 

What are the dimensions of yoga and exercise mats?

Will there be longer yoga mats available?

We see that this question is becoming more frequent. At the moment, we do not plan to introduce longer mats, but perhaps in the future we will. At the moment, we cannot promise this.
